When you fill out one of our lead forms or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business category.

Respond to your inquiry about advertising on the Spotlight mailer
Send occasional updates about upcoming mailers and open categories

We do not sell your personal information.

How lead form data is handled

Our lead forms run on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Information you submit through a lead form is processed by Meta under Meta's terms, and a copy is sent to us so we can follow up.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or ask what we hold about you:

To stop receiving updates, reply to any message or email us at will@soflaspotlight.com.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email will@soflaspotlight.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
